Welcome to my site. Recently I have returned (again) to the world of online education 2 years after I completed mandatory education for infection prevention and control. This time I am fulfilling a long-term goal of working towards my master's. I am looking forward to this new journey, but this is new to me - having an ePortfolio and writing blogs.
I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years with various experiences in multiple hospitals, with Home and Community Care and Long Term Care. I have been very fortunate to have multiple personal roles as well: I am a daughter, a wife, a mom, and a traveler. I look forward to having additional personal roles and look forward to travelling again. I have been to Sweden, France, Mexico, multple US states and Dominican Republic. However, the highlights so far was an 11 day trip to Ecuador and Peru, and am hoping to return to Machu Picchu again, as well as a journey with my parents to Sweden to see where the "old folks" came from (and meeting some of my grandmother's unknown cousins by chance). Right now and to be safe, I am content to travel via the internet.
